Detective Locates Wanted Child Sex Abuse Fugitive Print

An alert sheriff's detective took a Washington State fugitive into custody today on warrants for Child Molestation and Rape of a Child on Tuesday.

The CCSO detective had matched the identity of the man wanted out of Lewis County, Wash. as an associate with a North County resident involved in an unrelated investigation. Deputies conducted a stakeout on this associate’s residence and eventually identified the wanted man. The fugitive is now in custody of our Jail, awaiting extradition to Lewis County, Wash. to face those charges.

Scott Johnson,  36, was wanted out of Lewis County, Washington on three counts of Child Molestation First Degree and 1 count of Child Rape First Degree.
