  1. 12 feet of roadway width for one or two parcels only.
  2. Pavement required if average grade is greater than 12%.
  3. If designated by agency with jurisdiction.
  4. 8 feet of pavement on both sides if road falls in urban area.
  5. 4% max in urban areas.
  6. Maximum of 17% if paved and approved by local fire department.
  7. May access up to 6 parcels.
