County Assessor records dealing with property ownership, sales, square footage, value and taxes are considered public records and are open to inspection to any one. The only exceptions are certain reports filed by businesses that may contain sensitive business information and are therefore considered confidential. You can also access this information by coming into the Assessor's Office, located on the main floor of the Courthouse Annex building. We can then assist you in identifying the property you are interested in and access all of the information concerning that property. Usually we can identify the property by the street address.

Property Sales Files
Sales data is published quarterly and is in Excel spreadsheet format (.xls).
- 1st Quarter is from January 1 thru March 31.
- 2nd Quarter is from April 1thru June 30.
- 3rd Quarter is from July 1 thru September 30.
- 4th Quarter is from October 1 thru December 3.
Typically data is available 1 month after the quarter ends.
